The Brief
WeWork’s Creator Awards celebrated founders, artists, and startups from around the globe, highlighting innovative projects and the people behind them. Following regional competitions in London, Berlin, Tel Aviv, and New York, WeWork wanted to bring finalists together for an in-person bootcamp experience that would prepare them for the global finals while fostering community, mentorship, and inspiration.

The Final Product
I served as a producer for the Creator Camps in London and Washington D.C, managing guest travel, logistics, and programming for 47 finalists representing 34 companies. The weekend combined workshops, coaching sessions, networking opportunities, pitch practice, and experiential activities, including a surprise ride on a vintage double-decker bus to the London Eye.
