As an Account Director, I step in where you need the most support - on a specific project or set of projects - providing senior-level guidance to your accounts team without the full-time overhead. I work closely with accounts team members, production, and creative partners to strengthen client relationships, sharpen delivery, and create space for bigger-picture thinking.
Day to day, I drive and shape the team’s client strategies, anticipate challenges before they escalate, and build the confidence to sell through bold ideas. I’m hands-on with scopes, expectation alignment, and ensuring work delivers both creative impact and business results.
The payoff is twofold: clients feel supported and strategically guided, while your team grows stronger under embedded senior mentorship at the project level.
